Loved by Guests, Trusted for Excellence
Very good Liked: Perfect location, nice staff and good breakfast Disliked: Very small room
Exceptional
It was ok, but I’m... Liked: Kind staff. Disliked: The corridor carpets were dirty, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant.
Very poor Liked: nothing Disliked: it had a urine smell all over the hotel
Short, but not sweet. Liked: Member of staff on the desk was polite. Disliked: The room was nothing like advertised. It was very small, with no space to move around. The bed was a rickety frame, and walls and windows felt paper thin, which was combined with not feeling completely safe in the area. We checked out immediately as we arrived but the hotel would only refund us 2 out of 3 of our nights.
